These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EptaWealth service ("Service") operated by Hit Creative Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

EptaWealth is a wealth management platform that allows you to:

  • Analyze portfolio performance and asset allocation
  • Access financial analytics and reporting tools

The Service is provided for informational and portfolio tracking purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.2 Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Not reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, are owned by Hit Creative Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hit Creative Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse or misuse the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms
