This guide provides information about EptaWealth's subscription plans, billing processes, and common billing questions.
Subscription Plans
EptaWealth offers three subscription plans to meet different needs:
- Free Plan - Perfect for beginners
- 1 Crypto Portfolio
- 1 Stocks Portfolio
- Up to 5 holdings per portfolio
- Basic analytics
- Email support
- Pro Plan - $4.99/month - For serious investors
- 10 Crypto Portfolios
- 10 Stocks Portfolios
- Up to 25 holdings per portfolio
- Advanced analytics
- Dividend tracking
- Priority email support
- Elite Plan - $9.99/month - For professional traders
- Unlimited Portfolios
- Unlimited holdings

Billing Cycles
EptaWealth offers both monthly and annual billing options:
- Monthly: Your subscription renews every month on the same date you initially subscribed
- Annual: Your subscription renews once a year, with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing
Payment Methods
EptaWealth accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription from your account settings:
- Log in to your EptaWealth account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select the Subscription tab
- From here, you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Change your billing cycle (monthly/annual)
- Update your payment method
- View billing history and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing period
- Your data will be retained according to our data retention policy
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- If you're not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund
- After the 14-day period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion
Common Billing Issues
Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- We'll attempt to process the payment again over the next few days
- You can update your payment method in your account settings
- If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan
Unexpected Charges
If you see a charge you don't recognize:
- Check your billing history in your account settings
- Look for auto-renewals of your subscription
- Contact support if you need clarification on any charges
